In my case, it was definitely a process, and I can honestly say that the way the situation was handled, the communication with the staff, and their openness to finding the right solution made a huge difference for me. My first visit to this salon was a little challenging, as there were some differences in understanding when it came to the result I wanted. The hairstylist cut considerably more hair than I had initially asked for, and the result was not at all what I had expected. I addressed the situation immediately, and we first planned a follow-up visit to go over the details and clarify what I wanted. I was then scheduled for a complimentary correction appointment at a time that worked for me, so that the adjustments could be made carefully and specifically to my needs. After taking some time to care for my hair at home and following Ophelia’s advice, the second visit for the correction was genuinely helpful. I can now say that I have a result that is very close to what I originally wanted. The change was quite significant in my case, so the process itself — and, especially, the understanding and support I received throughout it — meant a lot to me. I recommend this salon for its atmosphere and friendly staff, and I would especially recommend Ophelie. She demonstrated real maturity and professionalism, a great deal of experience, a wonderful eye for the craft, and, above all, a very warm and genuinely human approach. I truly appreciate the way my experience was handled for the long term.
