I have ONLY good things to say about this place. I first went to the salon because a friend recommended it. I needed help with my eyebrows as I was preparing my wedding and have had trouble regrowing and reshaping them for years and thought "ok, this is the perfect time to finally do it right". They went above and beyond to communicate with me and understand what I wanted and what I needed. All their advice has been helpful and has worked. They recommended a brand to help regrow some of the hair and it's worked so well. They reshaped my eyebrows into the perfect shape for me, over the course of several months, with modelling and dermopigmentation. I first went there in October and now, in June, after 4 or 5 appointments in total, I am SO HAPPY with the result and feel so confident getting married with these pretty eyebrows! THANK YOU to the whole team and especially Alicia who has been taking such good care of me!!!!! TRUST in the process: my eyebrows look super natural and so pretty now! You can see in the last picture what they look like now and in the older pictures how uneven and with holes they were. I hope this will help people take the plunge and visit because you'll come out of there with much more confidence in yourself!

Mi experiencia ha sido muy negativa. El día del servicio me tuvieron esperando más de 30 minutos y, además, el resultado del tinte de cejas prácticamente desapareció al día siguiente, por lo que no quedé satisfecha con el trabajo realizado. Tras dejar una reseña negativa —algo completamente legítimo cuando un cliente no está conforme con un servicio— recibí varias llamadas por parte de la dueña, Sabrina, en un tono agresivo e intimidatorio, llegando incluso a insultarme personalmente. Me parece absolutamente inaceptable que un negocio reaccione así ante una opinión desfavorable. Un cliente tiene derecho a expresar su experiencia sin recibir acoso, presiones ni amenazas posteriores. Comparto esto para que otras personas tengan cuidado, ya que la gestión de las críticas ha sido mucho peor que el propio servicio recibido.

J’ai été extrêmement bien accueillie dès mon arrivée, toute l’équipe est douce, professionnelle et vraiment à l’écoute. On se sent tout de suite en confiance et entre de bonnes mains. Le résultat est magnifique, mon regard est sublimé comme je l’espérais. Je recommande cet institut les yeux fermés à toutes les femmes qui veulent prendre soin d’elles et se sentir encore plus belles. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse et votre travail incroyable ++++ ❤️❤️❤️
