Very disappointing experience. I booked both a hair brushing appointment and a manicure online. At no point during the booking process was I informed which service had to come first. In fact, the salon even called me on the day to remind me about my 12:30 hair appointment, so naturally I arrived for that first. After waiting a few minutes, I asked whether I should do my nails while waiting. I was then told that I was actually supposed to start with the manicure. When I went to the nail section, they refused to see me because I was “too late.” As a customer, how was I supposed to know this? If the order of the appointments is important, it should be clearly communicated. Expecting customers to guess is simply not acceptable. What upset me the most is that I’m a new mom with a newborn. I organized my entire Saturday, arranged to leave my baby, and made the trip for nothing because of poor internal communication and organization. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and far from professional. Hair and nail appointments booked together should be managed as one customer journey, not as two separate businesses.
