Ma première fois dans ce salon réputé et je ne suis pas déçue. J’ai été coiffée par Shu et il est vraiment à l’écoute, très sympathique, souriant et professionnel, l’équilibre idéal. En venant ici je souhaitais redonner du corps à mes cheveux très fins sans transformation spectaculaire, couper les pointes fatiguées et éventuellement avoir des conseils pour l’entretenir sans une routine compliquée. Bref, avoir une coupe qui tienne dans le temps. Ici le moindre coup de ciseau a du sens, précis et efficace. Je recommande cette expérience les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Everyone here is friendly and welcoming! They speak French, English and Japanese. A huge thank you to Florent and Ken-san for their excellent advice and for taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Ken-san gave me an amazing haircut, and thanks to him, my important event afterward went perfectly. I felt so confident! My only regret is not coming to this salon sooner. As soon as I saw my new haircut, I wished I had found this place earlier. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for talented, attentive, and professional hairstylists!

Today I visited Jacques Moisant for the first time to get my straight hair permed, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. As soon as I walked in, I met Takashi, and he was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything in detail — all the pros and cons of perming, what would suit me best, and what to expect. I really appreciated how honest and informative he was, which made it easy for me to trust his recommendation. I decided to go ahead with what he suggested, and I’m so glad I did. Throughout the entire treatment, we had such a lovely conversation, and it was truly a pleasure meeting him. He is one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever trusted my hair with, and he definitely did not disappoint. I also met Ken, who was equally wonderful. We had a great conversation as well, and he added to the overall warm and welcoming experience. The salon itself is beautiful — it gives you strong Asian, especially Japanese, vibes, which makes the whole experience feel unique and calming. The team is incredibly attentive and careful with your hair. They explain everything you need to know and really make you feel taken care of from start to finish. The results? I absolutely love my hair. I’ve always had straight hair and wanted a change, and the perm turned out exactly how I hoped. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. This place has officially become my go-to salon. The location is great, the service is outstanding, and the entire experience is just stunning. I’m so happy I found this place — better late than never! I only wish I had discovered it sooner. I will definitely be coming back soon.
