Came in for a French pedicure and left thoroughly disappointed. First before I realized the foot soak and callus treatment were a separate "beauty treatment” but once I upgraded, the water was filled without anyone asking my preference and it came out cold. Meanwhile, the client next to me was being checked on constantly. My tech (Anne) had to be prompted by what I assume was the manager at every step, and never once attempted to remove my calluses which is literally the point of paying extra for the beauty treatment. The manager had to stop her and show her now to correctly do it. The bigger issue was when I asked for regular nail polish, I was told no, that it wouldn't look "uniform," and was pushed into gel at an extra charge. I didn't argue but the gel started peeling in under two weeks. I now have to get my toes redone before the event I originally got this pedicure for. To top it off, the card reader wasn't working on the way out. After that service, the last thing I needed was to stand outside troubleshooting payment. Not accepting Lydia, Wero, or letting me run across the street to the ATM is a you problem, not a me problem sort that out before you open. I noticed the staff were warmer and more attentive with regulars, which tells me this place rewards loyalty just not new customers. If you want a quick, no-frills nail paint, maybe. But if you expect your money's worth and basic attentiveness, look elsewhere.
